How long should i take guitar lessons for?
As with anything, learning is life long. But the question for you is how dedicated are you to the guitar, do you like it, what does it do for you, and do you have the passion? Anyone can play a chord, but someone who makes that chord sound good and sweet has the desire. There is no answer here. Certain teachers can teach what they know and then maybe it’s time to move on. Everyone you jam with has something to teach you. I’ve always tried to play with someone better than me so I could learn something from them, some small technique or trick. But it’s up to you as to what you want to learn.
