if you starve yorself, you will lose weight BUT you will get to a point where yuo can’t help it, eat a crap load and gain weight. Your body has memory. The less you eat, the more your body stores. It realizes you won’t get food for a long time, so it will store all the fat it can (to basically eat off of) until you eat again. If you want to healthily lose weight, you actually need to eat 5 to 6 small, healthy meals a day. A meal may be just a banana and a whole grain bar, etc. Small, yet healthy, meals and make sure you have all of the food groups within a day. Your body will then only take what it needs (knowing it will be fed again soon) and will flush out the rest. Then yuo need to exercise, specifically, run. Cardio exercise (no running around the playground, but an actual, daily/weekly run routine) is the most natural and best way to burn fat.
