How long should I expect to wait when submitting a request or declaration to the enterprise register?
The registrar is committed to serving you as quickly as possible. However, during the times of year set aside for producing annual declarations (May 15 to November 15 and January 1 to June 15), a large volume of declarations have to be processed. Processing time can therefore vary during certain periods.
