Everyone has there limit and I don’t think there’s a limit for everyone like 20min. You need to walk/run until you can’t go on anymore, I mean you sweat bad and your leg muscles start to go numb and heat up, then you get bad stitch, this is when you stop. I don’t believe walking for 20min is gonna do much and I also don’t believe that going over 20min will burn muscle. When you work out you damage your muscles and protein repairs that muscle by reinforcing it and making it stronger, stronger muscles equal bigger muscles which also means they burn more calories when you exercise. I have been going to the gym and boxing gym for over 6 months now and I believe that if if I’m constantly going to my limit every time then I will get stronger so I think you should put some more effort into it.
