How long should a playwright expect to wait to hear from us?
Queensland Theatre Company does not provide any form of assessment of scripts. Writers can obtain feedback from script development agencies such as Playlab and Playwriting Australia. If we are interested in discussing your script with you further we will get in touch as soon as the demands of our play production season and other project permit, and we always aim to do this within three months of receipt. If we do not feel that the play is right for us we will endeavour to write to you within six months, but cannot make any firm guarantees about timelines for contacting writers.
