How long should a male pre-teen workout in a day?
Well, since you are only a pre-teen your workout should not be anymore than 15-30 minutes long. Now, on the other hand if you are doing wrestling or football or something that requires you to vigerously workout, you should do a 30 minute workout or a mild 1 hour workout. Stretch before you start so you don’t strain yourself during the workout. Also drink lots of water or Gatorade to keep you hydrated.
