How long should a gTLD adminitrative proceeding take?
The administrative proceedings process should under normal circumstances take less than 60 days from the date a Request for Enforcement / an Appeal is duly filed with the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC) until the Parties are notified of the Decision of the Panel conducting the administrative proceedings.
