How long should a CN administrative proceeding process take?
The administrative proceedings process should under normal circumstances take less than 60 days from the date a Complaint is duly filed with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) until the Parties and the relevant Registrar are notified of the Decision of the Panel conducting the administrative proceedings.
