How long past the expiration date can you use eggs?

0

up to several weeks…You will KNOW a bad egg when you come across it. When eggs are packaged you don’t know they exact date upon which they were laid, so some may stay fresh longer than others. When cooking eggs crack them one at a time into a separate bowl in case you get a bad one. You will KNOW when you crack open the egg if it is ok or not. You will know immediately because if it is rotten it will smell horrible and it will look unusual. I do not advise eating food after the expiration date, but with eggs you have a little flexibility and you will have zero doubt.
