You may upgrade or downgrade your coverage within the first 30 days of your effective date or on the anniversary date of your policy (the anniversary date is one year from the effective date). If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your policy and it is beyond the first 30 days, or not the policy anniversary date, the policy you have in force at that time will be canceled and you will be issued a new policy. By issuing a new policy your pet(s) will be subject to underwriting, the $100 annual deductible will start over, along with the per incident and policy.
