If your request was sent on a work day, you should receive our reply on the same day or the next day. It depends in the time of the day your request was sent and on the number of requests our system receives on that day. If your request was sent on Friday after our commercial time or during the weekend, you should receive our reply between Monday and Tuesday, also depending on the number of requests received during the weekend by our system.
