How long it take for bank transfer from Commonwealth Bank to ANZ ?
I’d say at a guess, about three business days. I do transfers all the time between banks (I’m a bank ****, I bank everywhere because no one bank has all the things I needed) and it generally takes three days max. Unless you do it over a weekend, in which case you’ll take even longer. I’m saying three business days tops. It could only take one or two. But in my experience, when I go into my bank and transfer money over the counter to my e banking account at another bank, it generally takes three days to appear in my other account. I believe there is a cut off time on business days for transfers. I think if you transfer money before 2 pm on a business day, it’ll go through in that day’s batch, but after 2pm it gets held back til the next day. However, I don’t know if that works for internet banking.
