It takes about 10 months from crushing the grapes to bottling the wine. The California grapes arrive in late September to Early October to be crushed and pressed. After fermentation, the wine is bulk aged in oak barrels or stainless steel tanks. During the last weekend in July, you will return to bottle your wine.
