How long is the warranty on my new manufactured home and the exterior package?
Jacobsen Homes and Chariot Eagle both offer a one-year from closing and/or move-in date warranty for defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions on the manufactured home itself. The air conditioning unit and the appliances are warranted by the manufacturer, which is explained in the manuals that come with them.
