Equipment purchased from the AT&T website can be exchanged one time or returned by mail or to a store location within 30 days of purchase (a restocking fee may apply for damaged devices or missing equipment). AT&T mobile devices have a limited 1 year warranty. Refurbished devices carry a ninety day warranty from the date of purchase.
