Appliance hardware: 1 year on parts and labor; Software components are subject to software license agreement. Basic support for 30 days is automatic with purchase; Additional maintenance program for updates, upgrades and support is available to purchase. Upon release of a new major version, the old version will reach end of life in 1 year time frame. Please contact sales at sales@vigiliti.com for details.
