How long is the time limit for defective returns?
Defects that is reported during 30 days from the date of purchase will be entitled for free shipping of our choice. After 30 days, unlike other dealers, we still provide replacement free of charge, until we go out of business. However, we will charge shipping cost again to ship your replacement. Depends on the number of defects, We will also charge a small fee to cover our expenses. Rest assured that we will never let you pay the full amount again for the series you already bought.
