Six Sigma eGreen Belt contains 90 hours of coursework. Six Sigma eBlack Belt includes 180 hours of coursework. Both programs include interactive lectures, quizzes, homework assignments and project work. The average time to complete training is 12-15 weeks for Green Belts and 20-25 weeks for Black Belt with an average of 8 hours per week. The program is completely self-paced, so you can go as fast or as slow as you want.
