How long is the Site Evaluation Report valid?

0

The Site Evaluation Report is valid for five (5) years after approval, unless new laws or regulations are adopted, or the site conditions change (e.g., a road is bulldozed through the leach field area, or the house is built on top of the leach field area, or a well is drilled closer than 100 feet from the leach field). If site conditions change, the report would have to be repeated. Testing for land divisions that were completed prior to 1979 does not meet current standards and must be repeated.
