How long is the process for an internal applicant?
Please understand that the review process takes time to accomplish, and you will be contacted if the hiring department is interested in scheduling an interview. Normally, you can expect to hear from Human Resources within 2-3 weeks of applying for a Transfer/Promotion. Internal applicants are not guaranteed an interview for other positions. It depends upon the requirements of the position which the department has set and if a match is made with the internals qualifications.
