How long is the Neulasta FIRST STEP™ Program offer valid?
Eligible patients who enroll in the program and receive their first injection of Neulasta® requiring co-insurance or co-payment before January 1, 2010, will receive the program’s benefits for their duration of their course of chemotherapy. However, Amgen reserves the right to modify or terminate this program, in whole or in part, without notice, at any time.
