I needed to check that site because if I went from memory, it would have been a guess. Boats leave both ports every 15 minutes. However, during peak times of the year, your wait to get on could be longer than the ride ends up being. If you give yourself between 1-2 hours, especially if you check out the shopping/eating area near the port, then that should be enough.
