This depends on the package you choose. Our Silver Package has a listing term of 6 months, our Gold Package has a listing term of 12 months, and your home is listed till it sell under our Platinum Package. You are free to cancel your listing at any time, without charge or penalty, as long as the property is not under contract and/or there are no active negotiations.
