If you read the entire course you will have no trouble passing. Our final exam is only 25 multiple choice questions. (Some courts require 40) All of our questions are written directly from the curriculum, so all of the answers are contained within the course. If you fail, you get to take the exam again until you do pass at no added cost. LA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURTS – Your final exam has 50 total questions. You must answer 40 out of 50 correctly to pass. If you fail, you get to take the exam again until you do pass at no added cost.
