How Long Is The Concurrency Reservation / APF Review Process?
The Adequate Public Facility Ordinance allows for a review period of 35 working days for the review process. At the end of that period, if one or more of the service providers does not approve the application, the applicant may request an additional 90 day negotiation period (90 calendar days) to resolve these differences.
