How long is the “Compellingly Attractive Chapter Meetings” [CACM] workshop, who should participate and how many participants does it take?
Held almost always on a Saturday, the CACM workshop takes 7 1/2 hours including lunch—usually 9 AM to 4:30 PM. The Music Director (or Interim Music Director) plus two or more additional leaders from each chapter are expected to participate. Successful workshops can be held with as few as 18 and as many as 120 as long as the venue can accommodate the numbers.
