We strongly advise Graduands and guests to arrive at least one hour prior to the graduation ceremony. Graduands must register and be in their allocated seat at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Important: Graduands need to be in their allocated seat no later than half an hour before the ceremony starts. Seat allocations are given when you register just inside the auditorium. If you are not seated by this time you will not be able to participate in the ceremony.
The ceremony lasts approximately 2 hours. After the convocation ceremony a reception will be held for graduates and their guests, where light refreshments will be served. In this area, the various vendors will have tables set up so graduates and guests can purchase frames, flowers, school rings, and have access to photo opportunities. Certificates, diplomas and degrees will not be available until the completion of the ceremony. The photographer will not be available while the ceremony is in progress.

Out of courtesy, your guests are asked to be prepared to attend the full ceremony unless there is some urgent reason for them arriving late and leaving early.
