How long is the agreement?
A. We offer a 12 month agreement. The fees you pay cover the production costs and music licensing fees of the program for one year after the date of installation. As mentioned above, music on-hold is considered commercial broadcast and music licensing must be kept current each year. There are several renewal options available to you. Please ask your sales consultant for details.
