Your Badgerland MLS Listing Agreement can be as long or as short as you want – most Sellers choose 6 months. You may cancel your listing in writing at any time. Should we reach the expiration date of your contract with us you can extend another 6 months for FREE. Unlike many other companies, we do not charge an extension fee.
