How long is my Application Assistant accreditation number good for?
As long as you remain an employee for the community-based organization that is indicated on the Application Assistant Registration and Agreement Form we have on file for you, your status of being an active Safe at Home Application Assistant is not voluntarily or involuntarily terminated, and you complete any additional Safe at Home training advised by our office, your accreditation number is good and you may continue to assist eligible people to enroll in Safe at Home. Your status as an application assistant is reviewed at least every three years to make sure you remain eligible to be an application assistant.
