How long is each session? How many sessions are there per week?
Each session lasts about 45 minutes to an hour. We approximately have 10 minutes of warm up, 20 minutes of resistance training and 10 minutes of cool down. We hold 3 sessions a week Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9am, 5:45pm and 7pm. Our camps are run monthly and continuously to help members avoid the dreaded lazy factor of resting for a week then having to start exercising all over again.
