We do not conduct our call-back interviews on a pre-set schedule. This means that a candidate may meet with an interviewer for anywhere from 20 minutes to two hours, allowing them time for a full and open discussion. At the conclusion of each interview, the legal recruiting office sets up the next one. This process allows us to maintain flexibility, and allows students to meet with a variety of partners and associates in different practice areas.
