Information Services at The Solicitors Regulation Authority confirms that QLDs are valid for seven years for the purposes of eligibility for the Legal Practice Course (LPC), from 1 October in the year in which the degree was gained. Also, at present, there is no expiry on the LPC and registration of a training contract.
