How long is account history maintained?
Account history may be retained for an indefinite period. From 45 days to forever. Time periods are user modifiable under password control through the System Administrator file. General ledger activity may be maintained online for years. Final general ledger journals may be entered for up to 24 months prior with subsequent general ledgers automatically rolled forward and updated.
