How long is a typical coaching engagement?
Each coaching engagement is customized depending on the leader’s needs. The typical duration of coaching relationship will vary from three months to a year or more. The ultimate duration of the engagement is entirely up to the client and is primarily driven by their satisfaction with their progress and results. My ultimate goal is to enable you to learn and grow quickly and effectively and be able to move forward independently.
