Due to the fact that the renewal of a Temporary QP license must be Commission approved, there is no determining how many renewals may or may not be granted. 17. How do I get more information? The main office of the Office of Pest Management is located at 9535 East Doubletree Ranch Road, Scottsdale – Arizona 85258-5514. We are open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except state holidays.
