How long is a Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) valid?
The National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center (NPWHC) has specified the limited validity period of the Prevailing Wage which shall not be less than 90 days or more than 1 year from the determination date. Labor Certification Applications must be filed while the Prevailing Wage determination is valid.
