How long is a FULL system scan supposed to take with Norton 2007 Antivirus?
The problem is you have incompatible security software on your PC. Norton hardly “gets along” with anyone! LOL. You have to run either AVG or Norton, you can’t use both of them. Norton has major incompatibility issues with almost everything.Live update isn’t running, it is only making an attempt to connect. My suggestion is ditch Norton, go with the AVG. The only thing you did wrong was to have both security software downloaded on your PC. (Not your fault) Don’t believe everything they tell you, it isn’t their computer that ends up messed up it’s yours. I had to re-format and do a clean install on my Dell desktop. Norton was almost ready to expire and I was offered a trial of Norton System Works. It messed up my computer and they refused to have tech support because it was a trial version. I was running Norton on all 4 of my PC’s at the time. Needless to say, Norton isn’t on any of them anymore!!!
