How long has the EEM been available?
Since 1979, but the EEM has only recently come to public attention; consumers have not demanded it because they haven’t known about it. Most lenders and Realtors are not fully aware of it, and those that are have only been offering it for a short time. The lenders have not been advertising it because they mistakenly do not see a great public demand for it.
