How long has NPT been around?
NPT was founded in 1983 and has worked on more than 200 land preservation projects in the U.S. and internationally. NPT welcomes and responds to requests from the National Park Service, state, and local organizations to assist in preserving and enhancing environmentally, culturally and historically important public lands. How does NPT rate as a nonprofit organization? NPT is the recipient of the Best in America Seal of Approval awarded by the Independent Charities of America and Local Independent Charities of America. Of the 1 million charities operating in the United States, fewer than 0.2% have been awarded this Seal.
