How do I know my vehicle will arrive on time? Do I have to be there when the car is picked up/dropped off? When you place your shipping request, we will at that time discuss how long it will take the vehicle to arrive and your arrival expectations. When it is time to pick up/drop off your vehicle, you will receive a phone call directly from the mover. Usually within 12-14 hours.
