How long has Kiln Fused Glass been around?
It has only been going about 20 years, since the advent of computer controlled glass kilns, which are needed to accurately control the firing cycle. When I started there was virtually no one doing fused glass in the UK and there were hardly any suppliers of materials or equipment. In fact, I started with a pottery kiln before I commisioned my first glass kiln.
