How long has it been since Arsenal last won a trophy? Have they won anything since leaving Highbury?
Their FA Cup final victory in 2005 was the last time Arsenal won a major trophy but it’s hardly been all doom & gloom since then. They’ve consistently qualified for & competed well in the Champions League these past 3 years, reaching the final in 2006 only to be beaten by Barcelona. They’ve also competed well in the Premier League & this season they’ll be kicking themselves for falling short at the final hurdle after leading for so long. At the end of the day they’re going through a rebuilding process, a post Thierry Henry process & with some strengthening in certain areas in the summer they have a great chance to eventually reach the heights again of their fine title winning achievement of 2004 when they went through the entire Premier League season unbeaten.
