This is the seventh year for ISC. However, the founder of ISC, Candace Avery, has been in the music business for over 20 years and also created other high-profile, annual events that foster and encourage new talent: NEMO Music Festival (going into its 11th year) and the Boston Music Awards (going into its 20th year). In addition to ISC, Avery is also a partner in RedGorilla Music Fest which takes place in Austin, TX.
