Our firm has been in operation since 1965. Originally, the company was Heltzel Mortgage Corporation, until our merger with Synergy One Federal Credit Union in October 2001. Synergy One Federal Credit Union was originally the IBM Manassas Credit Union, and was opened in 1970. We have a long history of mortgage lending and service to our community, and we will treat you with dignity, respect and we are glad to have your business.
