Cat Pals was officially incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in the year 2000. Each of the feeders could answer this differently. Cindy Martin the founder started feeding the cats out of kindness. Cat Pals tries to inform the public that if you feed, you should be responsible and spay and neuter. Hopefully through donations we will be able to help fund other feeders in Broward County so that they can manage colonies early on. Cindy has been feeding for about 14 years.
