How long for my wife to wait for visa interview.after the immigrant case is complete?
By case complete, I’m assuming you mean the NVC case is complete. In this case, they will send the packet on to the Consulate who will contact your wife with instructions on how to obtain the medical exam and police certificates etc and ask if she’s ready for her interview. A lot depends on the Consulate. Philippines is pretty busy so she may still be waiting a while for her interview, unfortunately.
