How long for log books for yamaha aerox 50cc 2003?
The previous owner should have sent the V5C to the DVLA and given you part 10 as your temporary log book. If this did not happen and you did not see and check the V5C then it could easily be stolen. If the previous “owner” has moved I reckon you could just about guarantee it is stolen – hopefully you did an HPI check to ensure that it was not dodgy??? If it is above board they will check with the previous owner if he has not sent the stuff in to them and if you did not enclose the part 10 with the V62 form you sent to the DVLA. If it has been reported stolen then expect a visit from the Police. If it is all above board, the owner has moved and not sent the V5C in, and you have not sent the part 10 in with the V62 they will give the new owner 4 weeks to respond or for the letter to him to be returned before proceeding further.
