How long does therapy take?
It depends. How motivated are you? How much are you willing to risk? How much pain are you in? How many changes are you willing to make? Get the idea? It depends on you and what you want. Life is a wonderful mansion. How many rooms do you want to explore? Wholeness is fitness. How strong, supple, vital do you want to be? Now consider this coincidence: Some of the clients who come to us in pain find that the pain is only an excuse to get their lives in gear–to really start growing, exploring, stretching, and expanding. We honor your freedom. Good therapy will empower you to create your own life. We know that for each client there comes a time to part. They sense that this round of exploring is over. And we part friends. The door is always open for another round. We encourage our clients to “try their own wings.” You can always return later when you are ready for yet a deeper connection to the Self.
