How long does the Zimbra system take to time out?
The IMAP and OCFO clients will not time out. The Zimbra Web clients will time out after 4 hours of inactivity for all account types (e.g. faculty, staff, departments, CPC, ASI, Emeritus) except students. Student accounts will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. Composing a message is tracked as activity; as is sending and receiving messages and moving between modules.
